• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violate anti-spam regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL.
• Create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content including text, headlines, and campaign strategies. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, unintended meanings, or factual errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publication. Autopilot724 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Our Platform: Autopilot724, including its software, design, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is and remains the intellectual property of Autopilot724. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

7. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the start of each billing cycle.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on a "best-effort" basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autopilot724 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Autopilot724 is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
