Reconnecting Social Accounts
Fix disconnected social media accounts and restore publishing access.
Social media account connections can expire due to password changes, token expiration, or platform policy updates. When an account disconnects, you will see a warning on the Connections page and all scheduled posts for that account will be paused.
Reconnecting is straightforward: go to the Connections page, click Reconnect on the affected account, and complete the authorization flow again. Your scheduled posts will resume automatically after reconnection.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Settings then Connections.
- Find the disconnected account (marked with a red indicator).
- Click Reconnect and log in to the platform.
- Complete the authorization process.
- Verify the connection status turns green.
